We may investigate suspected abuse and take action that includes payout holds, earnings reversal, account suspension or permanent ban, and the sharing of relevant fraud information with partners, service providers, or authorities where legally appropriate.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the Effective date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after the new Effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
